Fitting out an office in the Sydney CBD is not the same as a suburban or business-park project. We’ve worked in Grade A towers, heritage-listed buildings and strata-titled CBD suites, and we manage the elements that most commonly trip up CBD fitouts:
Building management and landlord approvals — we prepare tenancy fitout applications, coordinate with building managers, and ensure work complies with each tower’s fitout guide.
After-hours and weekend work — most CBD buildings restrict noisy trades to outside business hours. We schedule and supervise trades to minimise disruption.
Loading dock, lift protection and site inductions — including dock bookings and hoarding.

We provide a fixed-price quote after an initial site inspection.

How long does a Sydney CBD office fitout take?

Most CBD fitouts run 4–12 weeks on site once design is approved. Smaller suites are faster; full-floor projects with services upgrades take longer. Design, documentation and approvals typically add 3–6 weeks before site works begin.
